The article uses figures of all immigration but surely the whole point of the EU is you're not allowed to stop other EU nationals moving freely between countries? Or are you? If not the only way to get a migration deficit is to make the country unappealing to live in in which case increased migration implies the government are doing a good job

Put it this way the majority of my money will be staying here and that's not that I want it to be that way trust me, say for instance I want to move from one area of the city to another. I then have register with the Kreis Bureau in that district, just another way to fleece me out of my money. They're very astute here shame the UK government doesn't introduce the same sort of measures it may put off a few people coming into the UK.

Not quite. The central bank is committed to not let the CHF get stronger than 1.2 against the Euro, but weaker is fine. Currently though it's at... yep - 1.2.

Which is why my wife is currently shopping in Germany - and not keeping the money in the Swiss economy.

Smidgen = approximately/anything between 1/25th and 1/48th with ~1/32nd being the base figure used to generate a more accurate mathematical formula.

Note - Some cookbooks and manufacturers of kitchen measurement sets have attempted to define a smidgen for recipies......... Other commonly used measures for small amounts include tad, dash, pinch, and drop. There seems to be some consensus of tad being the largest in this set and smidgen being larger than a drop but smaller than a pinch.
