Yes - starting a post targetting one particular member is likely to end up in a ban, as is asking for a ban on any user.

I had a big fck off cockroach in my room, in the middle of the Simpson desert a couple of years ago.
It wasnt an evil insect, it didnt mean any harm
it was just being a cockroach
like cockroaches do
but it was bothering the missus and upsetting her
so I picked up my shoe
and I twatted it.
sometimes you get an infestation that doesnt deliberately set out to do harm,
but it still does
so you have to say, 'sorry cocky' - and twat it
