What a cretin.
There was NOTHING to buy in USSR for the money even if you had them!
Queues for cars were like 10+ years, flats - 20 years+.
So people just "saved" them in a Govt Bank which gone bust and took all their savings back in early 90s.Comment

You are truly a self-nominated village idiot.
To make £10 a month MF had to borrow on credit card £14k. So to make £6,720 per day he'd need to borrow 20,160 times more or £282 mln. See the problem yet? I bet you don't, well the only reason he'd make even a tenner is because he'll use limited cash ISA (£7k per person a year?), otherwise he'd pay tax on it and make a loss.
So this arbitrage trick only works in small scale to make a tenner a month (if he does not forget to repay his loan in full on time).Comment

That already makes you idiot of the day.
Then you decide to BORROW money on CREDIT CARD to put them in ISA, all to make a tenner a month, WTF dude?
It's not a minor cash flow problems you are having, it's much worse - greed, stupidity, total lack of ability to manage your financial affairs you name it.
Cretin.
