If rep's supposed to be meaningful...

How about:

Admin/NF remove the 'sort by reputation' from the member list.

That would minimise the whole king of the rep thing. Yep - we'd see who was first to hit a new level, but they would have no idea if they were still top until the next level.

But so what? People just have to wait their turn. I'm not going rep randomly just so that 'favourites' get +ve/-ve more often.

If there are only a few active posters, you might never get to re-rep them.

I **think** that majestic is for 500 points, and is seldom wrong for 1000. When admin re-worked rep he had massive rep power and gave loads to NLUK, the mods and to MF (1000?)

We can all see why MF and mods got loads, but why NLUK? Because of all the help for newbies or for being forum personality of 2011?

Personally I want MF to rise up the table as I am trying hard to -ve rep those who are 2nd, 3rd and 4th lowest.
