Money launderers often use scratch cards as it is quite a reliable way of getting 50% payback of investment. In some countries, they estimate over half of scratch card purchases are done by money laundering gangs.
So while I wouldnt spend a £50k wage on scratch cards to get £25k, if your money is dirty, then it is a foolproof way to clean it.Comment
