      Actually it can be in a way.

      Money launderers often use scratch cards as it is quite a reliable way of getting 50% payback of investment. In some countries, they estimate over half of scratch card purchases are done by money laundering gangs.

      So while I wouldnt spend a £50k wage on scratch cards to get £25k, if your money is dirty, then it is a foolproof way to clean it.

        No but you can get sacks full of free ones.

        The NHS give free contraception to people under 30, so get one of your kids to go to the nearest family planning clinic and all they do is go in and ask for condoms and you come out with a massive brown paper bag full of hundreds of them. All sorts like flavoured ones, etc etc.
