A bit far fetched and blissfully ignorant of the laws of physics but a Brilliant book and a good film. Thoroughly Enjoyable.
I was just looking at the Titanic survivors statistics. Seems that being a Third Class female passenger on the Titanic only had a 50-50 chance of survival, compared to 97% for First Class women. Second Class men did slightly worse than Third Class men - the vast majority died. First Class men didn't do great either. I've heard an awful lot of people got trapped or lost below decks, haven't seen any numbers though.
