Many companies have an "Under the Counter" policy of not employing people with visible tatooos and body piercings. Quite rightly too.
I personally won't employ them and bin their applications directly after interview.

I can understand this is in a client facing role, don’t much like it but accept the reality of it, as I keep all my freakery under cover no one at work is any the wiser
