Rapid Vienna report Rangers to Fifa over Nikica Jelavic debt.
Charles Green's problems show no sign of abating after it emerged that Rangers could be called in front of the Fifa Dispute Resolution Chamber in Zurich after being reported to the game's ultimate ruling body by Rapid Vienna.
The Crown Office has today instructed Strathclyde Police to conduct a criminal investigation into the acquisition of Rangers Football Club in May 2011 and the subsequent financial management of the Club.
"The investigation into alleged criminality follows a preliminary police examination of information passed to them in February this year by the Club administrators.
"The Procurator Fiscal for the West of Scotland will now work with Strathclyde Police to fully investigate the acquisition and financial management of Rangers Football Club and any related reports of alleged criminality during that process.
Couple of interesting rumours flying about.
One is that Green is arranging to sell the club as we speak, and will be out by the end of the week. The consortium including the Celtic fan are still in the bidding.
The other is that one of the parties who can expect arrest in regard to the criminal investigations of Rangers is a former manager of the club.Comment

Surely loyal players of the club would use this as great opportunity to show that they can rejoin the league fair and square after few years whilst totally trashing opposition on their way, afterall it's not about money for them but loyalty to the former club that paid good money ...

"Loyal" players of that particular club are a bit thin on the ground at the moment.Originally posted by AtW View PostSurely loyal players of the club would use this as great opportunity to show that they can rejoin the league fair and square
They don't do "walking away", but they are not averse to a sneaky slither!

There is no Rangers, there's the old company in liquidation. There's the new company Sevco 5088 or Sevco Scotland with no players, no history and maybe no assets as there's talk of them being siezed under the proceeds of crime act. Latest I'm hearing is two former managers, two directors and some others may be charged with fraud.Originally posted by AtW View PostAny Rangers fans on this site?

Resounding silence from the former Rangers supporters but they don't do walking away do they?Comment
