Out of interest decided to look them up just to see if those terms have any relevancy for what I do:

ISIN - "An International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) uniquely identifies a security."

Nope - stuff like BIC, IBAN yes I know those.

SEDOL - "SEDOL stands for Stock Exchange Daily Official List"

    Nope, no relevancy!

    VALOR - something about funds?

    No relevancy whatsoever.

So you can take your acronyms and shove 'em...

      So what does...

      "business skills are essential"

      ...mean in your context.

You seem to be battering on about not knowing about what you are working on is fine then tell us knowing what you are working on is "essential".

You really have no clue what you are speaking about.

I think you'll put off kids with this tulip - they got nice smartphones with shiny games, Xboxen at home, certainly access to PC (even via the library): that thingy will appeals to precisely 0.1% children at best.
I doubt the innards of spectrums had a great deal more appeal to most kids. A lot of people just played games on them. One in a thousand learning the innards of the pi is a good start, and there will be kids clustering them before long i'm sure.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

I'm just trying to teach you some thing about finance, you seem to have been making a complete tit out of yourself on here recently on the subject and it looked like you wanted help.

Essential business skills are those that enable business to supply its customers with the products/services whilst keeping such provision sufficiently profitable for the business to have long term future.

You think that if I knew some acronyms and subscribed to bloomberg then I'd have better chance of having bridge credit from bank or perhaps cheap revolving credit?

The board elected Atw as our economic guru / village idiot when Sas retired. I don't remember seeing your name alongside Atw, Russell and Blasterbates on the voting paper.

You know what the FTSE is, and NASDAQ, you know what RBS is and you know what JPM is as you replied to a thread on the company stock code last week.

Don't make yourself out to be more stupid than you are.
