What it needs is some sort of inter schools programming competition. Each school needs to create a robot (that runs on a single pi) to play some game or another and they can face off over the internet. There could be a separate competition for clusters with a sensible limit on the number of nodes, say 8.

I'll put up £500 cash prize if a few others chip in to make it worth winning. I'm sure we could find some commercial sponsors. AtW?
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

It's common knowledge for a business - big banks and big stock exchanges.

Say I know names of model ranges for many car manufacturers but I've got no clue how certain elements inside their engines are called - that's specialist knowledge that it not required for successful business operation unless it is directly related to such things, ie - car dealership but even there CEO won't always know such intricate details.

I was thinking more like chess or go but some sort of multiplayer doom type game could work.

You know I was pondering a messaging competition, pis in a network, see who writes the code that serves up the most messages to each other.

I think I could take you all.

              Yes, you do that.

Meanwhile I'll be running real business...

I'll write some code, think I can get decent effort.

Let's get a spec on a message, XML, see who is the better programmer.
