Nothing justifies terrorism, it's just about time some of you hypocrites opened up your eyes to the double standards going on here. I disagree with having a Nuke on principle but that's not my point - which everybody keeps trying to avoid. If you are singled out in the whole of the world wouldn't you start to feel a bit vulnerable and in the need of a deterrent? It's very simple straight forward logic here, nothing that is difficult to comprehend.

It is not logic at all. Again your view is a binary view that lacks any emotional understanding. If Iran are "singled out" then this is largely of its own making. Iran is not a democracy whereas the USA is, as is the Uk and as is France. China is dangerous but its economy is now so intertwined with the West that its nuclear arsenal is no longer as dangerous as it was.

Iran has few of the checks and balances on its activities that other Nuclear powers have. It is not answerable to its people.

Pakistan anybody? Could you name me a single Iranian suicide bomber please? How about Pakistani ones now..... How about Saudi terrorists? So Pakistan already have a Nuke and the place is rife with extremism and terrorists but we will leave them and go to Iran. Now that's logical isn't it.

It's a bit of a lose lose for Iran here - put yourself in it's shoes:

1) America at war next door in Afghanistan
2) America next door in Iraq (they still have several 1000 troops there believe it or not), Saudi, Kuwait, Qatar, Turkey etc etc in other words they are totally surrounded.
3) America already advocating regime change in surrounding countries - who's next?
4) Israel + US have 1000's of Nukes between them (let's not pretend like the US is not the b***h of Israel).
5) Israel and US have a far superior military force

Regardless of your views on Iran (which incidentally are always made out to be crazy villains in the western media) they are in a tough situation. Either they try to deter the aggressive Israelis with a Nuke or they stand by and risk themselves being the victims of Nukes from a future nut case Israeli leader - actually I take that back, they only have one choice - get the Nuke for self defence purposes given all the above facts...

Once they get a nuke then Iran is guaranteed to be wiped of the face of the planet, so it's a subtle form of win

Right you have a point there.... except Israel is the most powerful military force in the region, Israel already has nukes, Israel always kills 100 for every 1 of it that is killed (disproportionate force), Israel has an excellent track record towards civilians (killing them that is), Israel was founded on terrorism. You can not define terrorism just when it suits you. Israel is not in danger - it has the US and the whole of the west behind it! So who exactly is it scared of? Saudi, Jordan, Egypt, Kuwait, UAE (and every other puppet government in the region)? Syria is weak militarily and would be destroyed by Israel in hours, same goes for Iran. So who should fear who here?

Quite, Pakistan is a dangerous Nuclear power, but at least its government is controllable and interdependent with the West and India. I am not quite sure what logic your hysterical rant contains. You seem to think that every bit of foreign policy should be about even handedness and fairness. Who's fairness may I ask? Yours?

They wont but they will be much more belligerent. They are not North Korea in that they are not ruled by a despot and their economy is fairly westernised.
