Its a shame that even after being vindicated you still accuse knoweldgeable members of the forum of stupidityComment

I think DeludedAussie is to blame for the whole debacle. he should have taken his suspicions to the police instead of posting here.Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!Comment

Originally posted by DeludedAussie View PostI actually hold CUK accountable for a fair bit of what went on with Darren Upton.
When the story broke of a FSA fine I posted on here my views of working with Darren
Admin removed this and gave me a warning
I started several posts on this subject and they were wither locked or deleted
If the forum would have allowed everyone to share their views of what had happened I doubt Mr Upton would have been able to get away with this
Admin - How do you plead?

I always found Upton slow to get stuff done and always too busy to take calls
CUK is a truly astounding resource for contractors and I want to keep it that way. We have helped a lot of people over the years and I want to make sure this continues. Due to this we do delete posts from time to time and this is done to protect me from the pain in the arse of dealing with solicitors and also to make sure that the board stays online. With posts like your one above, sometimes they get deleted and the poster told why, sometimes they just get deleted, sometimes they stay on the post - this is all down to which mods (myself included) read the post and how they feel at that given point in time.
Take a look at the post above and also do a search of the forum for Uptons:

As you can see, we love to stifle discussions on here. At least I have another idea now for negative rep status title(s)Comment
