I'll go cold turkey on the 2nd. Did it before and it works for me (for about 6 months). After 4-5 days I usually don't feel much like a ciggie and can hold out.

I quit before (3 years) then this fookin smoking ban came in

All me mates disappear outside for a fag (and chat) every 20 mins)

Not much fun for us non smokers inside sat there on our own

Went to the pub with my FIL today

Got the beers in, chalked the first game of darts

An aroma of fresh fag smoke entered the pub and all my smoking hackles were on end

I even forgot my fookin e-fags!!!!!

Drank lots of ale and concentrated on my darts

It helps that today is the anniversary of the death of SY02 mate's dad (54) who died of heart disease through smoking, while I feel sorry for her I give my kids a squeeze and put today's cravings behind me, before taking a big lug on my e-cig now I am at home
