Happened to me a few years ago at a kkk lodge meeting in Texas. Couple of guys turned up in Nazi uniform and I had my picture taken. I can hardly be called a Nazi.

Yes, probably true.Originally posted by Spacecadet View PostMax Mosely didn't dress as a Nazi either!
Do people actually read the news papers any more or are they too busy posting their outrage on the internet?
No.Comment

I dressed as a Nazi at a fancy-dress dance more than 20 years ago. No-one got the hump in those days.
In fact I thought I looked rather fetching.Comment

Who knows, but it's still offensive to support fascism. Ignorance is no excuse. Yet many still do, they either dress up inappropriately or they join groups like United Against Fascism which is one of the most evil fascist groups, ironically, in society today. I hope everyone who supports them dies a violent death.
Goodness knows but it's becoming more common. Loads of idiots do it, goodness knows why.Originally posted by TimberWolf View PostWhat is it about dressing up as a Nazi SS officer that is so irresistible? They must know that if they get caught it's off to the cooler for them, but they do it anyway. In public.
I think it is very sad society is forgetting about sacrifices made by our grandparents/parents. I have a polish friend who was deeply offended, by someone thinking that just because of the geographical location of famous concentration camps, that the nazi party originated in Poland. Apparently it is a common problem, the stigma left by occupation in WWII.
I think some weirdo's do it to cause maximum offence as that seems to be a common think in modern Britain. Ive heard many people say that they enjoy offending others as far as they can, because once they push the limit and make that person snap, they know the line/limit with them. I always found this extremely queer. Why not, just not be an arse in the first place instead of deliberately trying to offend someone by being a jerk?
However in all this, we can find some amusement at least, as retards that wear swastika symbols have no idea of the origins. The swastika was misappropriated by the nazi's and originates from Buddhism/Hinduism as a symbol for peace and good luck.Comment

People get offended by a great variety of things, but the bottom line is "so what, be offended, nothing happens".Comment
