Watched the first episode of Wilfred the other day. Elijah Wood as a mentally ill man who thinks his neighbour's dog is really a man in a dog costume. Worth a go just for the novelty value - and I like Elijah.

I gave up halfway through the second series - it just got boring.

The Australian original was meant to be better.

I never knew it was a remake. Interesting, you don't see much Australian TV...

I just watched "The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret." Not sure if it's a US or US/UK production (like Episodes) but it was pleasantly weird.

And also features John Hamm (Don Draper) playing himself.

Watching Daredevil on Netflix.

Fairly good so far. When I heard it was a lot darker than a lot of superhero shows I thought they just meant in tone, not in terms of being able to see bugger all as well.

The missus and I are working our way through this at the moment on Netflix. Pretty good and pleasingly different to a lot of the other Marvel stuff. Far better than that Ben Affleck effort of a few years ago.

Ending was weird but enjoyed it from Ep1 to the last!

The Bad News: It's coming back as "Heroes Reborn".

Not sure if this has been recommended yet but have just finished series 1 of Halt and Catch Fire, usual American drama series but set in the 80's about the early PC producers which makes it more interesting.

It's on Amazon Instant Video but i'm sure it can be picked up from other sources.

The Bad News: It's coming back as "Heroes Reborn".

They can't just cancel a show like Alphas. You know? They have to help the viewers let go. Firefly did a movie to wrap things up. Buffy the Vampire Slayer continued on as a comic book. Heroes gradually lowered the quality season by season till we were grateful it ended.

The premise was great so maybe if that's the part they're keeping, and ditching all the storylines they tied themselves up in, it could be good.

It seems they're ditching almost the entire cast too.
