Presumably could be funded by a day's printing or so? If so, why not, there may be money in space, it is big after all.

Seeing as the West has moved onto to limitless money printing, can't we have everything we've ever dreamed of now? It's all affordable now. Grow tomatoes on Mars and ship them back to earth. Every house can have a flying car on the drive. Put windmills on the top of Mt. Everest.
I'm surprised the Zimbabweans didn't all fly off in rocket ships to Pluto. They had the money for it.
