My neighbour MR PIKEY SCUM flies one all year round on a damn great 18 foot flag pole. That wouldn't be so bad if it he replaced it occasionally but after about 5 years a piece of cloth gets exceedingly grey, tatty and threadbare.

I have a big St. Georges Cross flying here and for some strange reason the flag of Togo (and a really really tiny Germany flag hidden indoors.) The neighbours definitely know where I come from which is probably why they don't talk to me
