It's all very well to mock, and its easy to laugh at suity, but there is a serious angle to this. There is a condition known as 'Bovine Spongiform Necrotisation' or BPM
If the victim sneezes too hard, the brain matter can leave the brain case and be snotted onto the carpet, leaving the victim as a brain dead babbling retard. Another side effect can be the paranoid delusion of Roberts grandeur, where the victim fantasises that they are in control, but under attack or threat from Bobs
