Well it was (without doubt) a dangerous tackle!!Originally posted by stek View PostNever a sending off that!!
Yep could have just been Yellow but Red probably justified.Originally posted by Alf W View PostClear red card. Wales are going out.
Really annoying the numpties on ITV talking as if it shouldn't even have been a penalty - talk about bias!!!
Although Wales aren't giving up - good on em!Jim is a Jedi! - Dara

No TV feed here so have not seen it.
Was it really that bad?
Semi finals in world cups are bound to lead to some over exuberant play. From commentary I am reading it does not seem to have been an ill tempered game.
Would a stern warning or yellow not have been justified.
It always seems sad when refereeing decisions are more talked about than the game.Just saying like.
where there's chaos, there's cash !
I could agree with you, but then we would both be wrong!

They clearly said several times it definitely WAS a bad tackle. Just not red.Originally posted by Wodewick View PostReally annoying the numpties on ITV talking as if it shouldn't even have been a penalty - talk about bias!!!Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

If you pick a bloke up and dump him upside down on the floor, it's a red.
No good talking about intent, the tackler is responsible for making sure they don't do it.
The French are poor today though. Wales should win this anyway.Comment

Come on you welshians!
I'm glad I'm a neutral, if I was welsh I don't think I'd be able to stand it. Even with an extra man the french are clinging on, I don't exactly what they are saying but the commentators on TF1 seem to be getting a bit upset. While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'Comment
