The problem is that after your fees are covered the project would still be a pile of tulipe

          Not with me in charge!

With my legendary negotiating prowess, I'd get the project back on track.

The phrase "Yes we can do it but it's going to cost another £1m and here's why..." might be of help to you about now.

That assumes that Suity can do it, even if an extra £1million is thrown at the project.

            I'm not optimistic.

Oh I can do it alright. If you don't tell me what you want, you get what you're given.

                    So, in summary....

The contract is to deliver a generic process.

You held workshops. (Not sure why - the deliverable is to deliver a generic process which a BA has already designed).

The summary of those workshops is that people want to customise the generic process, with different changes for different departments.

This desire is not a contracted deliverable.

                    The requirements cannot be revisited.

No-one seems to care about the project.

Action plan for Suity (since he can't work this out for himself!) - DELIVER WHAT YOU ARE CONTRACTED TO DELIVER, YOU CRETIN!

Is this another Suity disaster waiting to happen?
