Damage to the car is on the side opposite to the pedestrian when he gets hit. The number plate was already hanging off. The windscreen smashes before the guy hits it, it's clearly laminated but the woman still gets showered in glass. The pedestrian hits the front and bonnet of the car but there is no damage done to either. The damaged section never makes contact with the pedestrian.
