I'm a massive fan of the Jap cars and would recommend either the Honda NSX or the Nissan Skyline GTR.
I've had both (6 GTR's in fact) and can report no majors problems, cheap to maintain, very exclusive compared to other Germanic stuff and reliable as a swiss watch...Comment

Why 6? how many did you write off?Originally posted by ChrisPackit View PostI'm a massive fan of the Jap cars and would recommend either the Honda NSX or the Nissan Skyline GTR.

Went something like R33 GTR, Porsche 911, another R33 GTR, Honda NSX, R32 GTR (Big Power), TVR Tuscan 2, R33 GTR, Mitsubishi Evo, R34 GTR, 800hp Supra and another R33 GTR (if my memory serves me correct!Comment

I had a Supra TT Aero for 7 years. It didn't break down once. If properly looked after Jap cars don't go wrong.Originally posted by ChrisPackit View PostNone! I just love them. Had one, sold it, bought something else, missed it, bought another one .... times six.

I am here and I would most definately recommend this. I had the same quandry and spent weeks deliberating and picked the 350Z. Not one second of regret. V6 engine, good exhaust that sounds the danglies, none of this Boxter quiteness rubbish.Originally posted by Scrag Meister View PostGo for a Nissan 350Z, NorthernLadUK will be along shortly to confirm.
Sports/Luxury and Cheap very rarely go together in the same sentence, I'd stick to your Fiesta if you're that worried.
Engine built like a tank, you can bolt on a turbo kit without changing anything or degrading the life of the engine boosting you from 308 bhp to 450+. You can put a twin turbo on but you will need to look after the engine.
Aggressive looking car as well, Boxters, S2000's etc all too namby pamby looking. You sit up out of the car when you have a convertible but you sit right down in the 350Z.
They are pretty cheap as well as people want the boxter just for the badge and pose. 350Z is a proper sports car.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!

Many 350Z guys are not as taken by the 370Z looks, particularly us with Roadsters. The 350Z has you sitting right down in the car due to high backend. 370z you are sitting out of the car more which I don't likeOriginally posted by DimPrawn View PostIsn't the 370Z a much better car?
They are less than a year old as well so won't find much under 25K at the moment so not cheap. If you are spending 25K the choice goes through the roof. You can get the latest facelift version of the 350 for around 12K now. I know where my money would go.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!
