Going on holiday is a good way to get fitter.

Avoid hiring a car and book a hotel on the edge of the resort. You'll be doing many miles per day easy just walking to the shops, beach, bars.

I always feel fitter after a couple of weeks away. Even if most of the time is spent walking between bars keeping hydrated with beer.

Yeh gods. I like large ladies but that's a bit much even for me.

PS I found not much difference at start. You just need to step up the exercise till you do. 5-6 days a week 20 mins absolute minimum a day, up to over an hour.

Maybe I'm just fed-up with this contract, no exercise is going to fix that.
being tired and lethargic would say to me your not eating the right sorts of food, have you also changed your diet and i don,t mean just eating less, are you getting a good balance diet

What cojak says, plus; if you're training then your body needs rest and recuperation. I suggest taking one week off training (just a couple of gentle short walks) after every 6 to 7 weeks of training to let your body recover and let any small injuries heal before they turn nasty. As well, you need to get at least 9 hours sleep each night, arguably 10 hours of you're training hard. Also, stick to no more than one 'killer' session a week, other sessions should be easier.

AP mentioned having a boyfriend, but 5 times a day is a bit much to expect!

Mind you, they say it's good exercise.

I was hoping that was not the answer

I think a lady is too large when you end up trying to shag her belly button because the light was off and we were both very drunk.

Erm, it could actually mean that... never mind.

I'm staying away from the 'killer' sessions, so it may take a bit longer.

By the way, when you really are fit (measurably so) you will still have days when you feel lacklustre, especially after hard training sessions. You tend to feel best after a couple of days rest, especially if the rest involves shovelling large amounts of meat and carbohydrates into your gob.
