Can you appeal for a Bowled? How would he have known?

Yes - you can have it referred, however it would normally be the non-striker telling the batsmen who had been bowled to refer it as he is in a better posistion to see if it has been a no-ball. However, how many batsmen at the non-strikers end look at where the bowlers feet are landing.

Cook is marmalising them. Could be on for a world record here?
