Putting someone to death without good reason (self defence) is too irreversible.

Life sentence after 3 times, yes - death: no, unless they resist arrest or threaten life or health of other people.

I didn't say an exact copy. There has to be a system available that would be fair yet robust.

Obviously what we have in place now is nowhere near good enough or there wouldn't be thousands of youths thinking they can get away with what they've done.

They use it pretty rarely, but I still disagree with it.

Shooting attacker in self defense however is the human right that they forgot to put into Human Rights Act.

£1000 per prisoner per year isn't even close to what it costs. And if you're so insistent on shipping them off to another country and building a prison for them, how about Russia? The whole country is a god forsaken tuliphole and there's plenty of space for a few mega-prisons.

I can't actually remember but they were similar stupid things.

Seriously the guy is as slow and as intelligent as one of my neighbours' adult kids.

The difference between my neighbour's son and this guy, is my neighbour's son had 2 parents to fight for him even though they are divorced.

Oh and my neighbour, his father, also managed to move to where I am to prevent his son hanging out with bad people that would lead him astray.

You can use reasonable force against an attacker.

If someone breaks into your home, they are facing you, you stab them and they die then you are extremely unlikely to face charges.

However if you shot them in the back whilst they are running away then you will be put on trial.
