A pound to a pinch of pig tulip says the bomber is Croatian or Serb. Neck bombs were their speciality in the Bosnian War.
Also, for those advocating legalization of drugs - Kidnaps and extorsion like that would be everyday occurrences if criminals couldn't earn a living dealing drugs.

Drugs have been de-criminalised in Switzerland for years.
