Nick has spoilt the rep system though with his for next loops. I also noted(when I clicked on it by mistake) that the first article in the Monday Links was a super snide dig at our own Admin and CUK moderators. If you have something to say about the standards then don't hide in the shadows Wormtail.

I never actually thought of it that way but I doubt that was Nick's intent its just a good article on a topic many people may be vaguely interested in.

I thought the article was more general advice on managing a forum and building a working community. There is actually nothing there I couldn't have told you ten years ago when people first started working on that area in detail apart from the fact that there are some people online who you can happily insult because you know they won't take it personally (you are one example) and those who will take it personally (dim and Churchill are prime examples).
