It's my parents wedding anniversary today - 43 years.

This year I'll have been married for 14 years.

My mum and dad have been married for around 35 years or so. They bicker like kids and it really winds me up, so they do it more! I think it's great that people do manage to stay together for a long time, I just know it's not for me.

as I said, I dont need a bloke in my life. You really can't get your mind around that concept can you?

I'm astounded that men still seem to find this such a difficult concept. For one thing it is not uncommon for men to take this attitude about women (however it's not uncommon to come across this double standard) and secondly I'd have thought you guys would have loved this attitude since you all complain about clingy women and their demands of commitment from you!!!

the biggest commitment I want in my life is getting myself a pet!!!!
