The money is the biggest incentive for me, however I also like the change of enviroment and meeting new people. I could never work in one place for more than a few years.Comment

The variety from moving around every year on average is also a true satisfaction, for me anyway.
Not getting involved in permie politics, staff development and that kind of stuff is another.Comment

Sad if it is, because in contracting you'll never make as much money as people who are reasonably good at a reasonably established profession, or reasonably senior in a reasonably large company.Comment
