BB wouldn't last a second anywhere where real bright developers are e.g. the City.
That's why he has to traipse all the way to a foreign country in order to get less money than he would at home.
You must be on a pittance these days, and the taxes in the UK are higherI'm alright JackComment

Good luck.

Anyway I can see you're not going to argue the points, so I think we can agree to disagree, and you can go back to your optimisation work.Comment

So, ten hours so far of C# tutorials and I'm getting this, kinda hooked now.
Awright so I haven't done anything useful yet but I can see the possibilities and it's not as difficult as I thought it would be. Time for a breather but I can see this going into the wee small hours.
Begs a question, how many of you actually do enjoy coding or is it just a means to an end?
Oh yeah, can I interface with MySQL instead of SQL Server further down the line?Comment

As to enjoying coding, I don't do it much anymore having moved to the management/mathematical modelling side but yes I think it can be one of the most pleasurable and creative intellectual pursuits going, which is why I'm learning Python* as a hobby with the side intention of programming a potential project for a mate.
