I use mine on a daily basis. Fine if a bit quirky. e.g. finding the hash key :-).

It's not the best quality cretin - they take usually prev gen stuff because it is cheap, package it nicely, use very good marketing to sell it at high price point because it is Apple.

Apple almost never uses state of the art stuff - rare exceptions like Thunderbolt connection happens when nothing works with this innovation yet.

I used to hate Apple because the Mac users were so smug and always dissed Windows. That changed when they released IPhone. IPhone is a neat invention and it forced all the mobile phone providers to up the game.

As this is an Apple thread and we dont have a for sale section i'm flogging my Intel Mac Mini to fund bits for my new PC:

Core2Duo 1.82 GHz, 2GB memory, good nick, all original packaging/cabling with original Leopard disk and Snow Leopard upgrade disk.

Lovely little thing, quick and quiet and runs XCode a treat. also had Win 7 running on it at one stage and that also ran sweet.

dont want to flog via eBay as its full of scammer bellends so anyone who PM's me with the best offer around or above £200 and can pay by Paypal secures it.

Ooh now I'm tempted but I don't know what I'd use it for. Although I don't share your opinion of eBay, just look at peoples' 'rep'. Do you know the model/generation so we can look up the spec:

They do now, the Macbook Pro's are as fast as you can get at the moment for a mobile chipset. it'll destroy most of the desktops you see out there both in graphics and processing grunt.

Lenovo X1 is not as thin, small or well made as the MacAir, has much worse battery time, and if you take the SSD option is much more expensive.
