I havnt tried this, but it sounds great.
4 chicken breasts , 1 tin of mushroom soup, cup of water
casserole for an hour
cover with grated cheese mixed up with a big crumbled up bag of salt and vinegar crisps
casserole for half an hour
it comes out juicy with a thick crusty lid, apparently
yum yum

Most days there was no milk left in the afternoon, and too much of a hike to get some. So the hot choc was drink and snack.Fiscal nomad it's legal.Comment

Problem solved with a nice packet of ham. And a bit of cheese.
