    I was on a site like that once, they had a kettle and little else, I used to keep Sachet of hot chocolate in my bag.

    Most days there was no milk left in the afternoon, and too much of a hike to get some. So the hot choc was drink and snack.

    I got a top tip today , from a posh bird.

    I havnt tried this, but it sounds great.

    4 chicken breasts , 1 tin of mushroom soup, cup of water
    casserole for an hour

    cover with grated cheese mixed up with a big crumbled up bag of salt and vinegar crisps
    casserole for half an hour


    it comes out juicy with a thick crusty lid, apparently

    yum yum
