Is it known exactly what part was illegal? Was it the filming and recording? because I assume if he'd liked men and gone into the men's toilets, it wouldn't be illegal.Comment

It is an offence under the Sexual Offenses Act (2003) to "seek sexual gratification by observing/ recording/ broadcasting another person doing a private act." (such as undressing, having sex or anything you would not ordinarily do in public). The gender of the victim is irrelevent.Originally posted by thunderlizard View PostIs it known exactly what part was illegal? He'd already admitted the offence according to the article.

I got caught out in the Student Union once.
Went for a turd, settled into position when all of a sudden I heard female voices.
Wrong bog.
I tried to slip out unnoticed but to no avail.
At least I wasn't rumbled by one of the student union bull-dikes.Comment
