Poll needs a 'I don't know' option.
Just tried for the first time in a year; 20. I'm sure I got up to 50 when I was a skinny whippet of a teenager... no more muscular than now but 9 stone instead of 12. That was when I could do 400 sit-ups, training for dinghy sailing which needs great stomach muscles.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment
