Used to have to do 30 (proper) as part of our Aikido warm up, that was part of a half hour cardio warm up before doing 2 and half hour of martial arts

I'd totally forgotten but we used to do press-ups where you had to clap (once or twice) as part of Karate warmup. They also did knuckle press-ups on the hard floor but I was too soft for that.Originally posted by norrahe View PostUsed to have to do 30 (proper) as part of our Aikido warm up, that was part of a half hour cardio warm up before doing 2 and half hour of martial arts
