                They're very good. I do them after weights for toning and warming up for the HIIT. All the instructors at our gym are really pushing them as they are quite 'trendy' and new.

                  Looks good, but very pricey; I thought of buying a 20kg one for the rugby club until I saw the prices; will continue using logs and kettlebells until the prices come down.

                    I prefer purley cardio work, not really into weights etc seems to end up in pulled muscles a lot. Went running last night went much further than previous time and felt fine. Keep getting a stitch towards end in right side.
