    True enough.

I am amazed by people who think walking is exercise.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Oh goody, a "get off my thread" post from a sockie. Pathetic.

I am even more amazed by the people who take two sticks with them.

Just received something similar, but this time the sockie could only be bothered with the one word, I'm sure you can work it out without too much mental exertion.

I never understood Nordic walking as the people who do it are usually not elderly and walk too slowly for a brisk walk.

            However race walking is exercise.

There are some skinny weirdos in my local area who insist in doing it. What's more funny is they often faster than some runners.

Depends on weather. Jogging in woods if nice usually about 50mins to an hour (unless I get lost when it can be over three hours running around in a panic) otherwise gym or exercise machine in garage 20 to 30 mins. 5 or 6 days a week.

I use both hands at once.

I also practice my Tuls and associated activities, and still run around a bit.

Depends how long you walk and what the terrain is.
It can be very good exercise indeed and for some is all they need.

It is supposed to be according to the blurb that came with my last paedophileometer.
