As it happens I've dropped 6 pounds since Monday. Seem to be dropping two a day. Consuming 1200 calories and then walking. Did 3 hours clearing the shop earlier. I'd better be careful. I don't want to waste away.What happens in General, stays in General.You know what they say about assumptions! -
