          oh wow. I had a disaster trying to cut the pockets into the steak.
          meat slabs were too thin and the knife not up to the job, so I threw it all into the pan and flash fried it. steak, olive oil, boursin , fetta and stilton.
          It burned a little

          and it was ace. a real triumph

          so the missus had another nice welcome home after a tough day.

            Steak with feta - ummmm (lamb goes better with it I think)

            Steak with all 3 well at least your wife liked it

                    If you want to eat an exact number of calories, protein, carbs, fat etc you need to weigh it out.

                    I didn't get to the weight I am now by eating what I want! Oh. Actually I did.
