Heard on the radio today this is something to do with the welsh. Apparently the welsh have a question 17, which the rest of us don't get to see.

Can somebody welsh tell us what it is?

A chap from the council finally came around on a Sunday afternoon and got me to fill it out on the spot.

Do they put a filter in for the Cockneys or the Meeja Mockneys? They might answer "very well", but as we all know that's not true.
