As it happens it makes a goddamn awful mess, the egg runs into the holes, doesn't cook and if you're in a Travellodge sets the bloody smoke alarm off and makes for a quite difficult explanation at 3 in the morning when you're absolutely bladdered.

It's fair to say that "fresh" is not the first thought that came to me wrt the kebab nor the shop.
Probably midway below "greasy" and "rank" but above "clean", "hygienic" and "appetising".

I don't even have the excuse of several pints just pure lazyness as the Kebab shop was close.

Was harder to give up kebabs than it was to chuck booze and fags. McD's and KFC require no effort to avoid.

Out on the town no lack of quality Indian and Chinese places, even a baked spud goes down well after a few pints.
