Buying a mobile phone using company funds

I am looking at upgrading my personal mobile phone and have narrowed it down to few (not iphone).

Can I purchase the phone outright (no contract) as a business expense?

Current winner is HTC Desire unless anyone has other recommendations for around the same price (300-370).

I am looking at HTC Desire as well...could u tell me where you found that Price?(300-370)...Is it a Desire HD or Desire Z?

+1 on the Desire, only real downside is the small internal memory and a mail app that can chew that memory up over time.

Get a 32 gig Micro SD card, and an app to transfer apps to the SD card
