              I can remember that Rover featuring in a Ladybird book of cars that I had as a nipper.

              Facel Vega, Borgward Isabella, Zwicky road sweeper, De Tomaso, to name a few.

              I have spotted a Zwicky factory just north of Zurich. Probably one of the few survivors of the companies represented in that book.

                got it. from Bolton, a KIA ceed, 1.6 5 door for 8k. they gave me a measly p/e deal, but the saleswoman had massive bazongas so i took it.

                    I had a couple of well specced Audis that I bought at ~2 years old. I got substantially better trade-in prices than I would have done if I had spent the same money on newer Fords or Vauxhalls, plus London and back in a day (from Yorkshire) was doable without feeling the slightest bit tired.
