Read a story about the Veryon a while back. All the guff about 200kmh and over 1000hp came straight from the chief exec with no real backing from the company. Once he'd said it however they then had to work out how to do it.
While testing the the wind tunnel they were looking for ways to reduce drag and imporve the top spead. So, they took the wing mirrors off. The car started to take off as a result, the downforce and drag from the mirrors was the only thing holding it down

Have you thought about insurance on that car? And repair bill? And depreciation of the car for each mile driven? For the kind of money Bugatti wants you can get like 10 Lambo Gallardos!Originally posted by ChurchillNice but after watching Clarkson in the Bugatti Veyron... You are missing the point entirely. If you are in the position to buy a Veyron, you're not going to want 10 Gallardos.Originally posted by AtWHave you thought about insurance on that car? Unfortunately, only Threaded is the man with the ability to drive more than one car at once!Comment
