I think you can tell a lot about the papers that shaft their readers and how quickly they do it. The Murdoch ones obviously went first with he Torygraph following not long after.

Mail Online won't go behind a paywall for ages. It has a completely different editorial team to the rag and so it's basically a gossip mag with the underlying hatred thrown in for free.

That's a shame. I like the Telegraph website.

May be OK if they cut down on the ads on the site. I find it a really slow site to use because of all the dynamic ad content on each page.

If I was paying for access to a website I'd expect it to be advert free. Admittedly I'm more likely to be crowned king of Texas than to ever subscribe to a newspaper site.
Before someone asks why I'm happy to pay for ads in printed media but not internet I'm not, I only ever buy newspapers on incredibly rare occasions.
