I love the Beeny but every time she is on property ladder she always says you cannot project manage from afar and you need to be onsite, and where is she, 400 miles away

I did wonder how they only have 500k to spend on it. Shouldn't she have way more than that after so much prime-time TV? Property Ladder was a huge success during the boom.
