I had a permie like that once, she moved next to me while another (decent guy) permie, was on holiday. She must have been looking at my screen more than her own. Very annoying, I would have a word.

Ask if they'd like you to reposition your screen so he can see everything properly.
I usually find this works and the individual is a bit embarassed to be caught out.Bazza gets caught
