take a detour yourself every time you go to the ladies or get a cup of tea and make sure you have a look at his screen on the way past.Comment

Fire up lemonparty and/or 2girls1cup and/or tubgirl and when he looks over your shoulder, Alt-Tab to one of them. All those terms are NSFW.
Better yet, does he leave his PC unattended when he wanders off? Wipe his browser's history, dump a load of porn from a USB stick into his browser's temp folder, then complain to HR he keeps calling you over to look at his porn collection. Or just email some filthy pictures to yourself from his PC.My all-time favourite Dilbert cartoon, this is: BTW, a Dumpster is a brand of skip, I think.Comment

Using his email address, subscribe him to loads of job sites email lists.
Or dogging site email lists.
Or just publish his email address on here, and we can all spend the rest of the week subscribing him to 'stuff'.My all-time favourite Dilbert cartoon, this is: BTW, a Dumpster is a brand of skip, I think.Comment

Thanks for all the great suggestions
As an update - we just look at him when he's approaching now as it's not only me he's doing it to. I think the combination of us looking at him and knowingly at each other seems to be doing the trick."Is someone you don't like allowed to say something you don't like? Put a small webcam on top of your monitor facing where he stands.
Either:
- leave it recording permanently and use it to gather evidence;
- take a single picture with a date/time stamp each time he's there;
- have an app open which is permanently displaying the image and Alt-Tab to it when he is there so he can see himself watching. Tell him Sally in HR suggested you do that so she can watch him watching you.My all-time favourite Dilbert cartoon, this is: BTW, a Dumpster is a brand of skip, I think.Comment
